The monkey itself is adorable but I bought mine as a gift(for someone who collects white monkeys) and upon opening it was embarassed to see what looked like drops from splatters of coffee sprayed across the back of the monkey. It couldn’t be wiped off (I tried), appears to be beneath the clear glaze, like whoever made it had an accident but went ahead and fired and sold it anyway. Person I gave it to loves it anyway, but I am embarassed! Just wish they weren’t there, would be perfect otherwise….
